The AFG3022C is an arbitrary function generator from Tektronix with two channels. The AFG3022C offers various patterns of waveforms at the output, including: sine, square, pulse, ramp, triangle, sin(x)/x, exponential rise, and decay. This model also offers Gaussian, Lorentz, Haversine, DC, and noise waveforms. The sine wave offered by AFG3022C has an exceptional frequency range. It is one micro-hertz to 25 megahertz. It can also produce a sine wave in burst mode. This model’s low value of total harmonic distortion is less than 0.2 % for the frequency range of 10 hertz to 20 kilohertz.
