Tektronix AWG5002 Arbitrary Waveform GeneratorThe Tektronix AWG5002 Arbitrary Waveform Generator is featured with 2 arbitrary outputs, 10 MS/s to 600 MS/s sampling frequency, and a waveform length of 1 to 16,200,000 points. It is designed to deliver the most optimal combination of vertical resolution, signal fidelity, industry-leading sample rate and waveform memory length.  The AWG5002 is an ideal solution for challenging applications such as: High Fidelity Quadrature Modulation of I and Q baseband signals, Generation of Stimulus Signals for Data Conversion Devices, etc.This Arbitrary Waveform Generator supports "Wireless Everywhere" by capitalizing on the latest Digital RF technology, improving wireless network capacity and by delivering the performance that compliments higher modulations schemes and modulation bandwidth. The Tektronix AWG5002 can generate not only analog IQ/IF signals, but also digital data IQ/IF signals. This model features 14-bit vertical resolution, thus provides ample signal purity and dynamic range. For 1 MHz signal, the SFDR performance is 80 dBc and 64 dBc for 10 MHz signals.The Tektronix AWG5002 can generate 2 analog signals with 4 digital marker outputs. This model also supports 28 digital outputs as an option. It supports both synchronous and asynchronous sequence control and has a Sequence Length of 1 to 4,000 steps. For instrument control and data transfer, this model has a GPIB port and a standard 10/100/1000 Base-T Ethernet Port as well. As far as the display characteristics are concerned, there is an integrated 10.4 inch, touch screen enabled, color LCD installed. While operating, the power consumption of the AWG5002 remains around 450 W.
