The Tekronix DPO2004B Mixed Signal Oscilloscope offers advanced debug highlights at an entry-level price. To catch long windows of signal action while keeping up fine timing resolution, the DPO2004B offers a profound record length of 1 Mpoints standard on all channels. With Wave Inspector® controls for fast waveform route and automated serial and parallel bus examination, the DPO2004B Oscilloscope provides the features the user needs to simplify and speed debug of complex designs.

This model offers Wave Inspector® Controls that provide easy navigation and automated search of waveform data, a FilterVu™ Variable Low-pass Filter that allows removal of unwanted signal noise while capturing high-recurrence events, 29 Automated Measurements, and FFT Analysis for Simplified Waveform Analysis. This unit also incorporates a TekVPI® Probe Interface, supports active, differential, and current probes for automatic scaling and units, and comes with a USB 2.0 Host Port and Device Port, as well as an optional 10/100 Ethernet Port.

The filtered waveform utilizes a variable low-pass filter to obstruct noise, yielding a cleaner waveform to more accurately locate signal edges and amplitude levels. When the noise filter is adjusted to the least accessible noise-cutoff recurrence, close to 1% of high-recurrence content that could make the oscilloscope to alias will go through the filter.
