Tektronix DPO2022B Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope
Featured with 1M Record Length and 1 GS/s Sample Rate, the DPO2022B is a 2-Channel, 200 MHz Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope from Tektronix. This model has a 2.1 ns calculated rise time 20 MHz hardware bandwidth limit. It supports all three basic types of input couplings which are AC, DC, and GND. The Tektronix DPO2022B offers 8 bits vertical resolution and ≥100:1 at ≤100 MHz channel-to-channel isolation. This model features 16 digital channels (D15 to D0). For digital channels, this model offers various thresholds such as CMOS, PECL, TTL, ECL, and other user-defined thresholds within the ±20 V range.
The Tektronix DPO2022B offers 1 GS/s (1 ns resolution) maximum sample rate when using the D7-D0 channels and 500 MS/s (2 ns resolution) when using any of the D15-D8 channels. The Tektronix DPO2022B offers an astonishing 1 M point maximum record length on all of its channels and 2 ns (typical) channel-to-channel skew. This model comes with powerful waveform mathematics and supports addition, subtraction, and multiplication of waveforms. In addition, this Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope offers a comprehensive range of FFT functions.
With this Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope, the user can completely automate 29 of their measurements. These measurements include Cycle Area, Negative Duty Cycle, Rising Edge Count, Negative Pulse Count, Rise/Fall Time, and various others. Out of these 29 automatic measurements, the user can have a maximum of four displayed on-screen simultaneously. The Tektronix DPO2022B can easily be controlled over LAN through an ordinary web browser since it is fully compatible with eScope- a windows based software program.
