The Tektronix DPO4014B Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope has a Bandwidth of 100 MHz, 4 Analog Channels, up to 2.5 GS/s Sample Rate on all channels, more than 50.000 wfm/s of Maximum Waveform Capture Rate, a suite of advanced triggers, and standard passive voltage probes with less than 4 pf of capacitive loading and 500 MHz.

With the DPO4014B, the user can analyze as many as 20 analogs with a single instrument to rapidly discover and diagnose issues in complex designs. A 100 MHz bandwidth and a minimum of 5X oversampling on all channels guarantees the user will have the performance they need to see fast-changing signal points. To catch long windows of signal interaction while keeping up fine timing resolution, the Tektronix DPO4014B offers a profound record length of 20M points standard on all channels.

This instrument includes a function called Wave Inspector, which controls fast waveform navigation, automated serial and parallel bus analysis, limit and mask testing, and automated power analysis. This model delivers the feature-rich tools the user needs to rearrange and speed debug of their complex designs.
