Tektronix DPO4104B Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope

The Tektronix DPO4104B is a 4-Channel Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope is Featured with 1 GHz analog bandwidth, 350 ps calculated rise time, 20 or 250 MHz hardware bandwidth limits, and AC, DC input coupling. This model can operate with 5 GS/s sample rate while working on either 1, 2, or 4 channels and it has a 20M record length. The DPO4104B comes with Wave Inspector® controls to provide the user with an automatic search of waveform data and easy navigation. It also has an FFT analysis capability and 42 automated measurements. With this single instrument, the user can study as many as 20 analog and digital signals to quickly find problems in intricate designs. This instrument offers around 5X oversampling on all channels, providing the user with the performance needed to see rapidly transforming signal details.

The Tektronix DPO4104B offers ±125 ns channel-to-channel Deskew range, 400 ps to 1,000 s time base range, and –10 divisions to 5000 s time range for time base delay. This model is designed to operate with ±5 ppm over any ≥1 ms interval timebase accuracy. This model features intuitive control of both zooming and panning. A dedicated play/pause button is also provided on the front panel, which can be utilized to automatically scroll the waveform across the display while the user looks for abnormalities.

This oscilloscope contains multiple ports to connect the instrument directly to a PC, a network, or other types of test equipment. It features a set of two USB ports on the front and the rear panel. The rear USB device port can easily be used by the user for remote controlling or direct printing.
