The Tektronix DPO5104B Oscilloscope offers an entire arrangement of triggers, including: runt, glitch, width, timeout, transition, pattern, state, setup/hold infringement, serial bundle, and parallel information – to help rapidly discover the user’s event. Upgraded Triggering decreases trigger jitter at the trigger point. In this mode, the trigger point can be utilized as an estimation reference. Finding the correct features for a complex signal can require hours of gathering and dealing with a huge number of acquisitions for the event of interest. Characterizing a trigger that segregates the desired event and shows information just when the event happens accelerates this procedure. The optional Visual Trigger makes the identification of the desired waveform event fast and simple by scanning all waveform acquisitions and contrasting them with on-screen regions (geometric shapes).
