Tektronix DPO7104 Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope

The Tektronix DPO7104 Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope includes an Event Search and Mark to find specific events in the entire waveform, a 12.1" XGA display with a touch screen, clock recovery from serial data streams, communications mask testing, and Pinpoint® triggering for the most flexible and highest performance triggering.

With the Tektronix DPO7104, the user will have horizontal time base operation choices. If the user is only doing signal exploration and wants to interact with a live signal, they can utilize the programmed or intelligent media default mode that provides them with the best rate. If the user is looking for precise estimations and the biggest real-time sampling that will give them the best accuracy, then the constant sampling recurrence mode is the perfect choice. It will keep the most elevated examining recurrence and gives the best resolution in real time. The last mode is called manual mode because it ensures direct and independent control of sampling recurrence and record length.

Support for the Tektronix DPO7104 model is accessible for NI LabVIEW SignalExpress™ Tektronix Edition. IVI-COM instrument drivers are incorporated to empower simple communication with the oscilloscope by utilizing GPIB, serial data, and LAN associations from programs running on the instrument or an outside PC. The other option is to utilize the Software Developer’s Kit (SDK) to help make custom software to automate multistep processes within waveform collection and analysis with Visual BASIC, C, C++, MATLAB, LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, and other regular Application Development Environments (ADE).
