Tektronix Mixed Domain Oscilloscope MDO4104C
The MDO4104C is the 1 GHz mixed domain oscilloscope from Tektronix. The MDO4104 integrates state-of-the-art technology to offer high performance at the output. It enables the user to work quickly and efficiently in the toughest design environments. The user has the option to upgrade various features of the instrument at any time. This model comes with four analog and sixteen digital channels. The instrument has a record length of 20M for every channel. This oscilloscope can be used with standard passive voltage probes. The probes help the user with different testing requirements.
The Tektronix MDO4104C has an optional spectrum analyzer, which enables the user to analyze waveforms in many domains, such as frequency, time, amplitude, and phase domains of the waveforms. The AFG or arbitrary function generator can generate thirteen types of waveforms. These are pre-defined and distinct from each other. The logic analyzer offers the time resolution of the order of 60.6 ps. The Tektronix MDO4104C Mixed Domain Oscilloscope also offers various standard interfaces, including I2C, SPI, UART, USB, Ethernet, CAN, LIN, and audio standards. These interfaces enable the oscilloscope for protocol analysis.
The MDO4104C Mixed Domain Oscilloscope has a digital voltmeter or frequency counter. This function enables DC and AC voltage measurements. The user can also measure the RMS value of voltages. It offers up to four digit measurements. The frequency counter offers measurements up to five digits. The sampling speed of the instrument is 5 GS/s. The rise time of the instrument is 350 ps.
