Tektronix MSO3014 Mixed Signal Oscilloscope

Featured with four input channels, 100 MHz Analog Bandwidth (-3 dB) and 1.17 ns Calculated Rise Time (5 mV/div), the Tektronix MSO3014 is a Mixed Signal Oscilloscope. This model supports all three kinds of input couplings, which includes: AC, DC, and GND. A broad range of trigger modes are also offered, such as Edge, Pulse Width, Runt, Logic, Video, etc. With the Tektronix MSO3014, the user can acquire information in several different modes, including: Sample, Averaging, Hi-Res, Roll, Peak Detect, etc.

This mixed signal oscilloscope offers up to 29 automatic measurements. The user can choose four of them to be displayed on the screen simultaneously. Some of the automated measurements provided are Rise Time, Positive Duty Cycle, Fall Time, Negative Overshoot, Peak to Peak, Cycle RMS, Rising Edge Count, Period, and Frequency. The Tektronix MSO3014 comes with powerful advanced math functions, in addition to routine arithmetic functions. The user can have extended algebraic expressions defined with reference waveforms, Sine, Cosine, math functions, Log, etc. The MSO3014 also offers FFT based calculations.

The Tektronix MSO3014 comes equipped with NI LabVIEW Signal Express Tektronix Edition, which is a comprehensive and fully interactive software. This software allows the user to acquire, generate, compare, analyze, import, and save measurement data instantly. The user must simply employ the drag and drop feature, since it requires no programming. The Tektronix MSO3014 comes with a 9" wide format, TFT color LCD set to operate at a resolution of 800 x 480 Vertical Pixels. This model is designed to capture >50,000 wfm/s.
