Tektronix RSA3408A Real-Time Spectrum Analyzer
Featured with an integrated 802.11a/b/g/n Measurement Suite, the RSA3408A is a Real-Time Spectrum Analyzer from Tektronix. This model offers a frequency range of DC to 8 GHz, 36 MHz vector span, and 100 Hz to 3 GHz measurement span. The Tektronix RSA3408A offers time-correlated simultaneous views, such as time domain display, spectrum display, time versus phase, frequency, etc. For displaying waveforms, this portable Spectrum Analyzer comes equipped with a large, 8.4-inch TFT color display.
The RSA3408A is considered one of the most viable solutions for the capturing and characterization of unknown, undesired, or interfering signals and RFID device characterization. This model has some unique features which make it different from other similar products on the market. One such difference is its capability of capturing intermittent or random signals. The Tektronix RSA3408A supports a broad range of applications and can be utilized for the spectrum analysis of C/N, Power, ACPR, EBW, and OBW, and spurious. This model also supports analog modulation analysis of PM, FM, FSK, ASK, and AM signals.
To store spectrum data, this instrument comes with a 64 MB, integrated, high-speed SDRAM, which can be expanded up to 256 MB with the help of an option sold separately. The RSA3408A incorporates an Intel Celeron CPU and operates on Windows XP. In its standard configuration, this Spectrum Analyzer is supplied with a 10 GB hard disk drive and 3.5-inch disk drive. For communications with other instruments, this Spectrum Analyzer has multiple communication interfaces such as GPIB, USB, and LAN.
