The TBS1022 is an advanced two channel digital storage oscilloscope created by Tektronix. The TBS1022 offers a bandwidth of 25 MHz. This model incorporates advanced built-in trigger capabilities, such as pulse-width trigger, video trigger, and line-selectable trigger. This oscilloscope has a sample rate of 500 MS/s on every channel. The record length offered by the TBS1022 is up to 2.5k points for all time bases. The range of the time base for the instrument is 5 ns to 50 s/div.

The Tektronix TBS1022 has a QVGA TFT color display on the front panel. It is 5.7 inches in size. It enables the measurement analysis in real-time testing environments.
