Tektronix RM2000B Rackmount Kit

The Tektronix RM2000B Rackmount Kit is created to be used with the following series: the TDS1000B, TDS2000B, TDS1000C-EDU, and TDS2000C series oscilloscopes. This rackmount kit is not compatible with TDS1000 or TDS2000 models. The RM2000B Rackmount Kit comes equipped with everything the user will need to assemble it: a set of rear and front panels, two handles, instructions, and a bag of screws. The screws included are the following: 4 screw 8-32 x ½ phil pan, 4 #8 med spit L/W, and 4 10-32 x ¾ poz, 4 screw 12-24 x ¾ poz, 4 screw M5 x 16 oval head phil, 4 screw M6 x 16 oval head phil, 4 flat washers for the M5 and #10 screws, 4 flat washers for the M6 and #12 screws, and 4 #10 finish washers. In order to put the Tektronix RM2000B together, the user must find the correct size screws and washers for the rack. The instructions can be consulted for further help and accompanying diagrams. A helpful piece of information to know is that the dimensions of the Tektronix RM2000B Rackmount Kit are 18.3 x 4 x 1.5 in.

Only qualified people should try to perform service procedures or make adjustments to the Rackmount Kit. It is also recommended not to administer any internal adjustments to the rackmount kit while alone, in case of injury. Ensure that the power is off and disconnect the power cord before attempting to administer any internal service procedures to prevent electric shock.
