The TDS2014B also has a direct printing capability with PictBridge-compatible printers by utilizing the USB device port, and advanced trigger options such as pulse width trigger and line-selectable video trigger.
The Tektronix TDS2014B has a ¼ VGA LCD Color Display screen, a bandwidth of 100 MHz, 4 available channels, external trigger input, a sample rate of 1.0 GS/s on every channel, and a record length of 2.5K points. There is an autorange function to routinely change the horizontal and/or vertical settings when a probe is transferred from one point to another, or if the signal changes drastically. Also, Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) and the waveform addition, subtraction, and multiplication capabilities enable the user to assess, troubleshoot, and characterize circuits.
The TDS2014B Digital Storage Oscilloscope has various methods of swiftly transferring data: USB host and device ports which allow removable data storage and the ability to connect to a PC. Measurement data can be assessed, recorded, and captured with the OpenChoice PC Communications Software, then transported into Microsoft Excel or Word. Furthermore, National Instruments SignalExpress Tektronix Edition Software allows the user to perform advanced assessments live waveform analysis, and control their oscilloscope remotely.
