Tektronix TLA5203B Logic Analyzer
The Tektronix TLA5203B Logic Analyzer has several tools to analyze data, such as data zoom, data estimation, and data visualization with MagniVu high resolution time. The MagniVu high-resolution timing function gives 125 ps sampling on all waveforms to analyze details that the user may not see with deep timing. It resembles having two logic analyzers in one. While utilizing a single probe, the user can see Deep Timing data for long time ranges and MagniVu high-resolution timing data for more noteworthy resolution at the area of interest.
With the Tektronix TLA5203B, the user can utilize the iView highlight to associate an outer Tektronix oscilloscope to the logic analyzer and acquire data from both instruments and show the results on the logic analyzer. This is valuable for showing the analog components of a signal in the same data window as the digital components. The logic analyzer and the oscilloscope will acquire similar information. The logic analyzer will capture the digital components and the oscilloscope will capture the analog segments. In the event that the oscilloscope is appropriately associated with the logic analyzer when the user begins the iView wizard, the wizard will bypass the association directions and the user can follow the on-screen guidelines to complete the establishment or to come back to the start page of the wizard.
