Tektronix TLA5204B Logic Analyzer

The TLA5204B is a 136 Channel, 235 MHz State Logic Analyzer with MagniVu™ powered 125 ps resolution. The 235 MHz state acquisition capability makes this instrument an ideal choice for the analysis of high-speed synchronous digital circuits. This model is from the TLA5000B series of Logic Analyzers that is known for deep memory acquisition, high-speed timing resolution, sophisticated triggering, and fast state acquisition.

The TLA5204B comes equipped with various peripheral interfaces, such as two external display ports (DB15 SVGA), a 10/100Base-T, RJ-45 standard LAN port, PS2 mini-DIN external keyboard port, PS2 mini-DIN external mouse port, and a female DB25 parallel interface port. The parallel interface port of this Logic Analyzer can be operated in Centronics mode, ECP mode, and EPP mode as well. There is a Stereo minijack audio out port provided as well. For easy transferring of data, the Tektronix TLA5204B has four USB 2.0 ports also. As far as the trigger capabilities of this model are concerned, it offers 16 independent trigger states, up to 16 If/Then Clauses per State, and 8 actions per if/then clause.

 This instrument features 16-word recognizers, 2 counters/timers, 4 range recognizers and 16 transition recognizers. The Tektronix TLA5204B is a PC based instrument so it comes equipped with a powerful, integrated PC that features: an Intel 865G Chipset, ≥80 GB hard drive, 512 MB SDRAM, and a 2.0 GHz Intel Celeron processor. To provide the user with an unmatched viewing experience, the TLA5204B has a 256k color, 10.4" LCD.
