Tektronix TLA613 Logic Analyzer

The Tektronix TLA613 is a 102 channel Logic Analyzer with up to 2 Mb Depth MagniVu and a 2 GHz (500 ps) Timing Resolution. The TLA613 is featured with a 10.4” color TFT LCD and special front-panel function knobs for instrument control. A Mini-QWERTY keypad is also provided for quick data entry operations. This model consumes around 400 W of power and weighs approximately 16.8 Kg (without probes). The Tektronix TLA613 comes with 64 K depth in its standard configuration, but it can be extended up to 256 K.

This Logic Analyzer supports different external instrumentation interfaces, which are system trigger input, external signal output, system trigger output, and external signal input. When asserted, the system trigger input triggers all modules. It can also handle different TLA Connections, including: USB, Trigger In, Trigger Out, and Clock Out. As far as the TDS connections are concerned, the TLA613 can handle GPIB connections as well.

The TLA613 supports several options, which can be added more features. Option 1J brings a 30 GB hard disk and 128 MB DRAM. With Option 5S, the unit can be enhanced to 256 K depth at 200 MHz State. Option 1K brings a Logic Analyzer Cart (LACART). Those who are interested in taking advantage of this logic analyzer’s dual display capability can add Option 1M to add a 17" external monitor.

The Tektronix TLA613 is a portable instrument, equipped with a comprehensive range of peripheral interfaces. It can easily be coupled to a Windows based PC and other Tektronix TLA devices for applications, with an involvement of advanced analysis and arithmetic operations.
