Tektronix TLA622 Logic Analyzer

The Tektronix TLA622 is a portable 68-Channel logic analyzer designed to deliver 2 GHz timing, 100 MHz State, and 1 M depth. The TLA622 can be used with many external oscilloscopes including (but not limited to): the TDS3012, TDS3012B, TDS3014, TDS3012B, and TDS3032. Similar to any other TLA6XX instrument, the TLA622 requires a TLA mainframe with a minimum of 256 MB DRAM (512 recommended) and TLA App S/W V 4.1.

This Logic Analyzer comes with a sturdy configuration as it has four external instrumentation interfaces and a complete suite of peripheral interfaces. A CD-ROM and a 3.5" Floppy Disk Drive and PC Card Expansion Slots are also provided for a seamless execution of additional storage-related tasks. On its rear-panel, there is a Serial Port, a Parallel Port, an SVGA Display Port (for external display), a USB Port, a standard LAN Port, A PS2 Keyboard Port, and a PS2 Mouse port.

On its front panel, the Tektronix TLA622 features a 10.4” TFT-LCD with a backlight. Logic Analyzer Probe connectors are also located on the front panel of this instrument. A soft On/Standby Power Switch is all that you need for turning on or switching off your Logic Analyzer.

The Tektronix TLA622 can be coupled with P6417, P6418 or P6434 Probes. This model and other ones from the TLA600 series are unique because they do not require multiple probing and reacquisition for pinpointing elusive hardware faults. This series utilizes a single probe for both the state analysis and high-speed timing analysis.
