Tektronix TLA7N2 Logic Analyzer Module
The Tektronix TLA7NA2 is a 68-Channel Logic Analyzer module, featured with MagniVu™ acquisition technology. It can acquire samples with 500 ps Timing and 235 MHz State. In addition to this, the TLA7N2 supports up to 512 Kb Record Length. A longer record length and state can be achieved with the help of options, 9S and 4S respectively. The TLA77NA2 requires two mainframe slots just like any other Logic Analyzer Module from the TLA600 series.
The TLA7N2 offers comprehensive storage control options on a data qualification basis. The user can set the instrument to control storage by state (start/stop), trigger action, block, on transition, or on a Global basis (conditional). This logic analyzer comes with a counter/timer range of 51 bits and it can handle up to 500 MHz triggerable data rate.
The Tektronix TLA7N2 can be adjusted to trigger a variety of event types including channel, range, transition, counter value, etc. This model also offers a variety of trigger action types, like start store, snapshot store, do not store, stop store, reset timer, current sample, etc.
The TLA7N2 generates 51 bits time stamps at 125 ps resolution and it can acquire data in various internal and external modes. Its input operating voltage range is -2.5 V to 5.0 V and it works at a threshold selection range from 2.0 V to +4.5 V (in 5 mV increments). This module comes with an unlimited channel grouping, and all channels can be reused in multiple groups because there is no limitation on the number of channels per group.
